This notice is given under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Data user: Yuan Feng Group Sdn Bhd (源丰集团有限公司), Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

What we collect

Company name, contact name, business email, phone (optional), country, role, product lanes of interest, monthly volume (optional), how you heard of us and referral code (optional), and a record of your consent with its date. To prevent abuse we briefly process a one-way hash of your IP address; the raw IP is not stored.

Purpose

Only to contact you about early access to Yuan Feng B2B Match and to understand demand (aggregate statistics). Product updates are sent only if you separately tick that box. We do not sell your data.

Disclosure

Only authorised Yuan Feng staff and the service providers that host our systems (under confidentiality obligations) can access it. We do not disclose it to other third parties unless required by law.

Retention

Kept until 12 months after early access ends or until you withdraw consent, whichever is sooner, then deleted. Backup copies are kept for up to 14 days.

Your rights

You may request access to or correction of your data, or withdraw consent and ask us to delete it, and you can opt out of product updates at any time. Email alexzchew@yuanfengassetmanagement.com. We aim to reply within 21 days. Giving your details is voluntary, but without the required fields we cannot contact you about early access.
